We offer UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day delivery options on all orders, ensuring you can choose the service that best suits your schedule and needs. Each Gift is carefully packed by hand once your order is received. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

When placing your order, you must select a preferred dispatch date. Please note that the dispatch date is not a delivery date, it refers to the day your order leaves our warehouse. All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day after the order is received. Please refer below for estimated delivery timeframes.

Please Note: Additional fees may apply for amendments or changes to orders once they have been received and processed. We cannot accept cancellations or changes under any circumstances once your gift box is with our courier for delivery.
